Our Maintenance and Repairs team has 3 types of clients:
1. Client on Retainer;
WeFix Solutions dedicates a team of technicians and a vehicle on a full-time basis to the client. An agreed service level agreement is prepared & negotiated.
2. Client on Contract;
Whereby we guarantee your customized calendar year for preventative maintenance and on a call out basis at any time during that period. Thus, we stock spares of their equipment to speed our efficiency in repairs & maintenance works.
3. Client Call Out;
Random calls through to our hotline number may be ‘one-offs’ or returning clients that require emergencies or something specific. With call outs, WeFix Solutions cannot guarantee having spares or materials in stock or the personnel available on that day but we do assist where ever possible on a timely basis.
Before entering a service level agreement with new clients, we visit your premises and conduct an assessment to understand the level of maintenance required before presenting a proposal.
Our Maintenance:
Notably, our maintenance services are divided into 5 categories
1. Preventive Maintenance:
Our priority is preventive maintenance. We believe that maintenance should be focused on solving problems before they occur, a preventive maintenance program will be provided in writing by our company within 30 days after signing of contract.
2. Routine Maintenance:
We provide and willing to undertake any kind of daily maintenance operations in a most cost effective, competitive, creative performance, and results.
3. Corrective Maintenance:
Our expertise in maintenance engages us to work on projects focused on identifying, isolate and rectify a fault so that the failed equipment, machine or system can be restored to an operational condition within the tolerances or limits established for in service operations.
4. Predictive Maintenance:
Under this category uses human senses or sensing instruments to predict trouble before breakdown.
5. Civil Maintenance:
Our civil maintenance includes tile lying, grouting, plumbing, sanitary, carpentry, false ceiling, and other minor/small construction jobs.

We understand the importance of air conditioning in your home and office, our services includes:

Electrical:
We have expertise in all electrical works, indoor and outdoor installations. We do internal and external wiring, switch gear maintenance, panel boards, installation of ELCB and other electrical works.
Generators:
For a proper generator running, it must be regularly checked, serviced, and maintained to ensure they provide quality and reliable power throughout their service life. We have skilled technicians to take care of your generators both domestic & commercial, we do installations, repairs, and maintenance. With our fairly reliable maintenance schedule will ensure maximum, reliable, & on time service.
Landscaping…
Our landscaping division will provide full landscaping services from project design, outdoor and indoor services.
